Team USA Camps"

Our programs will be targeted at building "the complete player." Our standard camp formats are 3 day, 4 day, & 5 day programs, 4-8 hours per day. Our camps are age specific and cater to participants skill level. Camp enrollment ranges between 30 - 120 participants. Our program is all encompassing, focusing on three components: Body, Mind & Spirit.

Body: Physical aspects: Learning and mastering the basic skills of roller hockey: skating, stick handling, shooting, & passing. Each section is broken down as follows:

  • form/technique: understanding & mastering the skills & mechanics of the game
  • intensive drilling: developing & mastering these skills through practice & repetition
  • games: everyday games that make learning roller hockey fun

Mind: Mental training: Learning how to use your mind to play smarter & visualize for success

Spirit: Internal components: Learning the importance of attitude, effort, desire & a positive work ethic



Training System

  • dryland/cardio training: Improving/developing physical ability, stamina & focus
  • Stretching/weight training/flexibility: Improving strength & physical health
  • mental training/visualization techniques: Learning how to use your mind for better, quicker results
  • nutrition: Increasing energy, improving muscle recovery, memory & focus
  • travel/tournament preparations: Packing, eating & playing on the road
